Embodied Consent, Boundaries & Intimacy
A grounded somatic workshop on consent, boundaries, desire and conscious communication — held in a safe, respectful and gently guided space.
An Introduction to Embodied Consent
This foundational workshop explores how boundaries and desire are first felt in the body before they are communicated. Rather than approaching consent as a purely verbal or intellectual process, participants are invited into a slower, more embodied exploration of feeling, choice, authenticity and communication.
Across the session we work with nervous system awareness, intimacy and connection. Learning to recognise and express authentic yes, no and not-yet responses, and to communicate boundaries and desires clearly without guilt, collapse or pressure.
This is a carefully guided experience with no pressure to exchange touch. The focus throughout is on awareness, safety and the kind of relational maturity that allows real connection to unfold.

What You Will Explore
Feeling and Expressing Authentic Responses
Learn to recognise and communicate your yes, no, maybe, and not yet. Through guided exercises and embodied reflection, participants begin to notice how these responses live in the body before they become words, creating more clarity, confidence and self-trust in connection.
Giving, Receiving and Asking for What Feels Good
Explore the subtle differences between giving, receiving, allowing and asking for touch. Participants are invited to become more aware of what genuinely feels nourishing, where their edges are, and how to communicate desires and preferences with more honesty and care. This creates greater awareness around choice, pleasure, and authentic connection.
Boundaries Without Shame or Conflict
Develop greater confidence in expressing boundaries clearly and kindly, slowing things down when needed, and staying connected to yourself in moments of uncertainty. Learn how boundaries can become something that supports trust, clarity and deeper connection.
Body Awareness and Connection
Explore how the body and nervous system influence connection, communication and intimacy. Participants will be guided to slow down, notice internal signals more clearly, and cultivate greater presence, awareness and connection with themselves and others.
