Find Your Voice is an experiential exploration of voice and expression through song, silence, story and self-enquiry.
Rather than focusing on improving or training the voice, the practice invites us to notice the tensions, stories and patterns that can prevent us from expressing ourselves freely. Through uniquely designed waves of song and silence, we create space to listen, explore and discover what happens when some of what has been held back begins to soften.
You don't need to learn to roar. You need to remember you're a lion.
Exploring Voice & Expression
Our voice is an expression of our innate creativity. As we become more aware of what inhibits that expression, we can begin to discover something more natural, alive and deeply our own.
The workshop moves between vocal exploration, silence, stories and self-enquiry. There is nothing to perform and no requirement to sound a particular way. The emphasis is on experiencing your own voice rather than judging or perfecting it.
No previous singing experience or singing ability is needed.
Come Once or Explore More Deeply
Each session can be experienced individually, making Find Your Voice accessible if you simply want to come and explore.
The workshop also runs as a weekly practice, allowing the enquiry into voice, expression and awareness to deepen over time for those who choose to return.
