Retreats at Samyama
What a Retreat Is
A Different Proposition
A retreat is not a single class or workshop. It is several days of continuous work, where the practice, the meals, the accommodation and the rhythm of the days all form part of the same process.
That continuity is what makes the difference. Without the interruptions of ordinary life, attention has time to settle, patterns become visible, and the work has room to move somewhere honest before it is integrated and carried home.
Retreats at Samyama draw on the same practices you will find elsewhere on the site — meditation, breathwork, shadow work, somatic and nervous system regulation — but hold them together within one sustained container.
