Women’s Embodiment Circle
With Aviva
From comparison to connection. From shame to freedom. From strangers to sisterhood.
What if, for a moment, you could stop looking at yourself through the eyes of the world and begin experiencing yourself from within?
The Women’s Embodiment Circle is a two-hour journey into movement, music, self-acceptance and sisterhood. Combining guided somatic movement, an ecstatic dance DJ set and an intimate sharing circle, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, soften self-judgment and explore what it feels like to be yourself in the company of other women.
Coming home to your body
Women are often encouraged to compare—how we look, how we move and whether we are enough. This circle offers space to step away from those expectations and connect with your own experience.
We begin with grounding and centring practices before moving into a guided somatic dance journey supported by Aviva’s ecstatic dance DJ set. Through music and movement, you are invited to notice your body’s sensations and follow what feels natural to you.
There are no steps to learn, no choreography and no right or wrong way to move. You can be wild, soft, playful, powerful or still. Take up space, move quietly or pause whenever you need.
Alongside you are other women exploring their own expression. Another woman’s beauty does not diminish yours. We can all exist, express ourselves and take up space together.
From comparison to sisterhood
After dancing, we gather for a sharing circle over cacao or tea. Together, we reflect on what emerged and explore our relationships with our bodies in an atmosphere of care and acceptance.
You are welcome to speak, listen or simply be present. There is no pressure to share or offer solutions. We practise meeting one another with curiosity, compassion and support.
Through listening and being heard, we may recognise parts of ourselves in each other’s stories—and discover that we are not alone in our insecurities, longings or desire to belong.

Meet your facilitator
Aviva is an ecstatic dance DJ, somatic dance journey facilitator, meditation teacher and yoga teacher. She brings together music, movement and embodied practices to support self-connection and meaningful connection with others.
Her devotion to women’s community is deeply personal. Growing up in predominantly masculine environments, she heard messages that women were naturally jealous and competitive. Discovering supportive female friendships, alongside navigating her own challenges with body image, helped shape her approach.
For the past five years, she has facilitated women’s circles and mindful gatherings, creating spaces where women can feel seen, accepted and supported.
Who is this for?
Any woman who wishes to feel more at home in her body, soften the pressure of comparison, express herself more freely or connect with other women.
No dance experience or previous embodiment practice is needed. Come exactly as you are.
Two hours to move, feel, connect and remember: there is room for all of us.
