Come Back to You
With Denisa Andreea Furnea
“Before we can understand who we are becoming, we must understand the story we have been living.”
A compassionate space to explore recurring challenges in relationships, money, self-worth and other areas of life.
Through Systemic Family Constellations, guided exercises and shared reflection, you are invited to consider how family history, relationships and inherited beliefs may influence the way you experience life today.
Family Constellations is an experiential group practice in which participants may represent people or aspects of another participant’s chosen issue. Through positioning, movement and reflection, the process offers a different way to explore familiar stories and relationship patterns.
The exploration is personal and interpretive. You are encouraged to notice what resonates with your own experience, without treating what emerges as factual evidence about other people or your family history.
What to expect
We begin with an opening circle, shared agreements and time to connect with your intention. The day moves between individual facilitated constellations and shorter exercises in pairs or small groups.
At midday, we pause for an Indonesian lunch, included in your ticket. Breaks offer time for quiet reflection, conversation and connection.
We close with an integration circle and guided meditation, giving you space to reflect on the day and consider what you would like to carry into daily life.
How a constellation unfolds
1. Setting your intention
Identify what you wish to explore, whether it relates to relationships, family, self-worth, purpose, money or recurring patterns.
2. Exploring your story
Through gentle questions, Denisa helps you explore relevant experiences, relationships and themes connected to your intention.
3. Exploring through representation
Group members are invited to represent people or aspects of your intention, offering another perspective on familiar dynamics.
4. Following the movement
With Denisa’s guidance, the constellation unfolds through movement, interaction and reflection, with space to explore at your own pace.
5. Reflection and integration
Take time to acknowledge what resonates and consider how you might carry these insights into daily life, without pressure to reach a specific outcome.
Taking part in the group
Representing someone in a constellation or observing another person’s process can also offer opportunities for reflection. You may recognise themes that connect with your own experience, or simply gain a different perspective by witnessing someone else’s exploration.
No previous experience is needed. You are encouraged to respect your boundaries, share only what feels appropriate and participate at your own pace.
The day includes a mix of individual constellations and shared exercises; an individual constellation for every attendee is not promised.
Space for personal reflection
You might come with questions about relationships, belonging, boundaries, self-worth or decisions in your life.
The workshop offers space to explore these questions, notice familiar patterns and consider new perspectives. Every experience is different, and no particular insight, emotional response or life outcome is promised.

Systemic Family Constellations Facilitator | Life, Health & Spiritual Coach | IFS Practitioner
Denisa’s intention is to help people reconnect with themselves and explore the inherited patterns that may influence their lives.
Her own experience of recurring relationship patterns led her to Systemic Family Constellations and IFS. She describes this work as an important part of reconnecting with herself and finding a deeper sense of purpose.
Today, she holds space for others to explore their stories, develop greater understanding and discover new possibilities for growth and change. Her approach values the connections between personal experience, family relationships and a wider sense of belonging.
Your journey back to yourself
