Embodied Breathwork with Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) is a guided journey of self-exploration through conscious, connected breathing.

In our everyday lives, it's easy to become caught up in doing, thinking, planning and responding. We can move through our days without fully noticing what is happening within us. This practice offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with the breath and bring awareness back to the body.

Through conscious connected breathing, you are invited to explore your inner experience with curiosity rather than judgment. For some, this may appear as physical sensations in the body. For others, emotions, memories, insights or a sense of clarity may arise.

Sometimes what emerges may be sadness, frustration or tension. At other times it may be joy, gratitude or a feeling of aliveness. And sometimes the experience is simply one of stillness — a quiet moment of being present with yourself exactly as you are.

At its heart, this journey is an invitation to pay attention: to your relationship with yourself, your breath and your capacity to be present with your experience.

    About Rena

My name is Rena. I was born and raised in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia, where creativity lives in the air through music, art and community.

For a long time, I was surviving more than I was living. I dimmed my light and spent years trying to fit into expectations that were never truly mine.

For me, breathwork is one of the most underrated yet accessible tools available. Every person already has access to their breath. Through it, we can create space to listen, feel, reflect and reconnect with ourselves.

Growing up in Indonesia shaped the way I hold space today: with warmth, openness and a deep belief in the importance of connection and shared experience.

My intention is not to fix or transform anyone, but to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves and explore what they truly need.

    What to Bring

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to breathe and move with ease. Loose-fitting clothes are recommended, as you'll be lying down for most of the session.

    We also recommend bringing:

    • A water bottle to stay hydrated
    • A journal and pen for reflection
    • An open mind and a willingness to explore your experience with curiosity

There is no right or wrong experience in this session. Simply come as you are.

    Before You Join

Conscious Connected Breathing can be an intense physical and emotional practice and may not be suitable for everyone.

This session is not recommended for people with epilepsy or heart conditions.

If you are pregnant, have a serious physical or mental health condition, or have a history of panic attacks or other circumstances that may affect your participation in intensive breathwork, please consult an appropriate healthcare professional before joining.

You are also welcome to contact the facilitator before the session if you have questions about the nature of the practice and what it involves.

During the session, participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and to pause or stop the practice whenever needed.
