Create Your Own Private Retreat
Designed from the beginning around you.
Duration, practices, facilitators and pace — all arranged by conversation
When Nothing Quite Fits
Our curated private retreats exist because certain kinds of work benefit from a clear structure. But not everything fits a defined pathway.
If what you are carrying, or what you want to explore, sits across several kinds of work — or somewhere none of them quite reach — a retreat can be designed from the beginning around you.
This is not a menu with options to select. It begins with a conversation, and the retreat is built from what that conversation reveals.
You do not need to know what you need before you speak to us.
Many people arrive able to describe the situation but not the solution. That is entirely workable. Part of our role is to listen carefully and then propose a shape that you can respond to.
How it works
From Conversation to Retreat
- 01
A conversation
We begin with a conversation, not a sales pitch — a chance to talk about what is actually going on, what you are hoping for and what you would rather avoid.
- 02
Understanding the shape
Who is coming, how much time you have, what kind of work feels right, and what needs to be handled carefully.
- 03
A proposal
We come back to you with a proposed shape for the retreat — the arc of the days, the practices, the facilitators involved and clear, complete pricing.
- 04
Refinement
You tell us what fits and what does not. Nothing is fixed at this stage; the point is to arrive at something genuinely right rather than something impressive.
- 05
Preparation
Once confirmed, we prepare the accommodation, meals, facilitators and evening experiences, and stay in contact before you travel.
- 06
The retreat itself
You arrive, and the days unfold. The agreed programme holds the shape of the retreat, while still responding to what is actually happening rather than following a rigid plan.

What can be included
The Elements We Work With
A bespoke retreat draws on the same facilitators, practices and spaces as the rest of our work. What changes is how they are combined, sequenced and paced.
Some retreats are weighted heavily towards inner work with rest around it. Others are largely restorative with one or two deeper sessions held carefully within them. Both are legitimate.
Elements that can form part of a bespoke retreat
- Shadow Work and Jungian exploration
- Addiction and compulsive patterns
- Men's Work and archetypal practice
- Relational and couples work
- Yoga, movement and embodiment
- Breathwork
- Meditation and Yoga Nidra
- Sound Healing, Reiki and bodywork
- Grief, transition and loss
- Purpose, direction and life change
- Silence and solitude
- Ceremony

The shape of your retreat
Time, People and Place
Our curated packages are built around four nights and three full retreat days because that shape works well. A bespoke retreat is not bound by it.
Shorter stays can work where the focus is narrow. Longer stays allow deeper work with more integration between sessions. We will tell you honestly what we think is realistic in the time available.
Bespoke retreats are held privately for one person or a group who already know one another — a couple, a family, or close friends. We do not sell separate places to unrelated guests.
Pricing is quoted once the shape is clear, and it is quoted in full. Accommodation, meals, sessions, practices and evening experiences are included.
When a Bespoke Retreat Makes Sense
This route may suit you if
- What you are carrying sits across several kinds of work at once
- None of the curated pathways quite reaches what you have in mind
- You have more or less time available than four nights
- You are travelling as a family or group with different needs
- You want to combine deep work with genuine rest
- You are marking a transition — a significant birthday, an ending, a beginning or a loss
- You simply want to talk it through with someone before deciding anything
Begin the Conversation
Tell us a little about what you are looking for. There is no obligation, and nothing is decided in a first conversation.
We will reply personally, ask anything we need to understand properly, and then propose a shape for the retreat.
All bookings are subject to our booking and cancellation policies.
