What if the change you’re looking for begins with reconnecting with yourself?

We spend so much of our lives thinking, analysing, controlling and searching for answers outside ourselves. This experience invites you to turn your attention towards your body, your breath and your ability to feel.

The Frequency Within is a three-hour immersive experience weaving together carefully curated music, conscious breathwork, authentic human connection and the challenge of cold immersion. A journey designed to take you out of your head and back into your body.

The experience

Guided by The Joy Awakener, music becomes a living soundscape that supports your inner exploration, inviting you to notice different layers of emotion, awareness and presence.

Through guided breathwork, you are invited to explore your inner landscape and make space for whatever you feel ready to meet.

The ice bath offers an opportunity to meet intensity with awareness, explore your relationship with resistance and practise remaining present when things become uncomfortable. Participation is always optional, with respect for your personal boundaries.

Throughout the experience, moments of connection, sharing and integration offer space to meet yourself and others beyond familiar roles and expectations.

Step away from constant thinking and bring your attention to the present moment through breath, music and embodied awareness.

Explore your capacity to feel

Meet emotions, resistance and discomfort with curiosity and self-compassion, noticing how you respond to your experience.

Practise presence

Explore your relationship with intensity and challenge while practising staying connected to yourself.

No previous breathwork or ice bath experience is necessary. Come with an open mind, curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself as you are.

Blending music, breath, conscious connection and embodied experiences, The Joy Awakener creates spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, embrace their humanity and rediscover the joy of being alive.

Important participation information

This experience includes guided breathwork and cold-water immersion, which may not be suitable for everyone.

Participants who are pregnant or have cardiovascular, blood-pressure, respiratory, neurological or other significant medical conditions should contact the organisers before booking for appropriate screening.

Participation in the ice bath is always optional. Individual boundaries and personal wellbeing will be respected throughout the experience.
