These personalized follow-up sessions are designed to support your integration journey after your private retreat. Through thoughtful conversation and continued practice guidance, you’ll deepen what you’ve learned, stay connected to your intention, and find new ways to bring it into your everyday life with clarity and ease.
Follow-Up Call Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a follow-up session package after a private
retreat, you agree to the following terms:
Scheduling & Rescheduling
Sessions are scheduled directly between the client and the teacher.
- 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
- One reschedule is allowed per session.
- Teachers may also reschedule once per session with 72 hours’ notice.
Lateness & No-Shows
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a cancelled session with no refund.
- Sessions will end at the scheduled time; additional time will not be added for late arrivals.
Refunds & Expiration
- All follow-up session packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Unused sessions expire at the end of the package validity period:
- 1 or 3 sessions: valid for 3 months
- 5 or 10 sessions: valid for 6 months
- Validity begins from the date of purchase.
Session Format & Environment
- All sessions are conducted online.
- Please ensure a quiet, private environment and a stable internet connection to support the quality of your session.
Confidentiality
- All sessions are held in a private and confidential manner.
- Your personal information and session content will not be shared without your consent.
Disclaimer
- Samyama teachers are not licensed medical or psychological professionals.
- Sessions are not intended to replace therapy, counselling, or any form of medical treatment.
