PRIVATE SESSIONS BOOKING POLICIES

RESERVATIONS

In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible. Prepayment is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Bookings can be made for guests of 18 years and older.

CHECK IN

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Your service begins at the time scheduled. 

Please no cell phone use inside our halls and treatment rooms, no smoking or alcohol consumption on our premises.  We ask you to turn your cell phones on silent during your services and take phone calls outside of the center.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Life complications sometimes lead to late arrival. However,as a courtesy to following guests late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Private yoga/meditation classes: a teacher will wait a maximum of 15 min if a client is delayed, which will not be added to the end of the session time, that means: the session will still end at the scheduled time.

In certain cases, we can offer the option of rescheduling to 1 hr later than initially scheduled for a fee of US$30. This is subject to teacher availability.

NO SHOWS

Appointments missed without notice would be charged 100% of the treatment booked.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

You can easily reschedule or cancel your pre-paid appointment anytime prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without affecting your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our private sessions and treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the center’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 

Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours of notice or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service.  We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding. 

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require prepayment to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card or PayPal ready when booking.
